Best Buy Photography Workshop Tours
Do you love your camera? I mean really LOVE IT? Or are you a little like me and find that it has too many options and buttons that I am not confident in using so I use it more like a shoot and point? I know, it’s sad..but those cameras can be scary!
Well they were..until now. Let me share something that will take the fear factor away and provide you with the skill set needed to master your camera. Ready?
Best Buy is hosting two (2) Photography Workshops. The first one is for those that have their camera and already take nice photos but would like to learn how to take amazing photos.
The Photography Workshops are being offered on July 28th in Seattle, San Diego, Houston, Atlanta, Tampa, New York City and Minneapolis. Each class is a jammed packed half-day session where you’ll get the chance to work with pro photographers & our Camera Experience Shop experts to conduct 4 individual photo shoots at different locations in the area.
During the class, you will be able to try the most popular lenses & accessories to truly unleash what’s possible with photography. You will have the skills to start thinking like a professional and will walk away from the session with several amazing photos.
Class participants will receive a swag bag packed with camera goodies. And if you share the photographs that were taken during the class on social media using the #BestBuyPhotoWorkshops you’ll be entered to win Best Buy gift cards or a dream photography package!
Registration is $50.00 which is nothing really when you consider the giveaways, luncheon, transportation, and the priceless opportunity to work with pros!
Okay, okay don’t panic. I can feel a lot of you saying..wait..this intermediate class will be over my head!
No fear, Best Buy is also offering a class for, yep Beginners like us! If you want to improve your photo game but you’re not quite ready for the Tours? Start with a free in-store photography workshop!
This class is only two (2) hours long and will cover the photography basics, and special one on one time with Best Buy’s Camera Experience Shop Experts while they walk you through all your camera’s settings! Hello?!? This course is a no brainer!
Both of these classes are game changers for any photographer that wants to up their skill set. And if you take these classes, you will be able to take the next step into the upcoming Photography Workshop Tours on 10/20 and 1/19. During your class you will have the opportunity to sign-up to be notified as soon as the new classes open for sign ups so you won’t miss the chance of getting into the classes.
Didn’t I say I was going to share something special? Personally, I want to take both of the classes and then sign up to take the additional two classes later in the year.
Everything listed above and the brains behind these classes is the Best Buy’s Camera Experience Shop. The staff are so knowledgeable, it’s essentially like visiting a specialty camera store, right in the middle of your local Best Buy. The Camera Experience Shop Experts go through intensive photography training & are all photo enthusiasts themselves.
It’s important to me that the person trying to help me understands what I need and can point me in the right direction. Best Buy stores have an expanded assortment of cameras, lenses & accessories that you won’t find in other locations. Plus, and something that is super important to me when I am looking at making a purchase, is being able to place my hands on the cameras. It is nice to be able to try them right in the store and see how everything works.
If you are ready to take your photography skills to a new level, make sure to sign up today.
The Photography Workshop Tours and the Free In-Store Photography Workshop WILL fill up quickly so make sure you sign up today.

I love that they offer classes because it seems to me that every few years that we get a new camera we feel a little useless not knowing how to properly use it. Thanks for the post.
