Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Chicken casserole is a staple at our house. It is one of the first things my girls learn to cook and can be tweaked so many ways that it is like a new dish each time. Or it is at our house depending on who is making it!

Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Talk about an easy recipe. This one fits the bill for Fast, Cheap and Easy!

Ingredients:

3 cans of chicken (drained or 3 breasts shredded)
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 bag of egg noodles (prepared – drained)
1 bag of shredded cheese (your choice or combination)
Salt, Pepper, & Garlic Salt to taste
6+ shakes Franks Hot Sauce (or more depending on heat level)

Directions:

1. Combine all items in large bowl – mix well
2. Place in baking dish (9×13)
3. Crumble a sleeve of Saltine or Ritz crackers on top
4. Bake @ 350 for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly

This version is the favorite of our daughter Beth.
