Chocolate Capped Milano Cookies
Milano Cookies do not last long in our house! They are one of the few cookies that my crew can not stay out of if they are in the house. Add chocolate and peppermint to these badboys and you have a treat you will want to eat!
Chocolate Capped Milano Cookies
Ingredients:
2-3 packages Pepperidge Farm Milano Cookies (any flavor)
1 bag Red Candy Melts
12-15 pieces of Peppermint Candies (or use candy canes), crushed
Directions:
~ Melt the Red Candy Melts in a large microwave safe bowl until smooth
~ Dip 1/3 of Milano Cookie into melted candy mixture
~ Roll both sides of cookie in crushed candy
~ Let dry on parchment paper until chocolate is set (15-20 minutes)
Comments:
~ One bag of Candy Melts will cover dipping three packages of cookies with some left over chocolate for the little ones (or mom)
~ If you have a helper, let them sprinkle the crushed candy over the dipped cookie

These will be a yummy treat to take to family dinners. In a way they look like little santa caps. If I were to make some I’d attempt to make a santa face. I think that’ll be too cute.
