Cilantro Ginger Sauce

This is great over just about anything! It does have a strong lime essence so adjust according to your tastes.

Ingredients:
Zest of one lime
Juice from 1/2 to 1 lime
2 inch piece ginger- grated
1 clove garlic- grated
1/3 cup cilantro leaves
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 to 1/3 cup olive oil
Kosher salt- to taste

Directions:
If using a blender, add everything (after grating and chopping) and then pulse until mixture is cut into fine pieces. Stream in olive oil while running blender on medium until mixture reaches desired consistency.

If using a food processor, start with dicing/slicing blades and add the ginger, garlic, cilantro to unit. Process until finely minced. Change blades to regular one and add zest, juice and salt. With unit running on medium – stream in olive oil until mixture reaches desired consistency.

We use the food processor method because I am all about making things easy and fast.

Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Stir or shake will before using.

This but be good on some chicken. Or perhaps a nice marinade for a steak.
