This is great! I try to write everything down in a notebook but it gets jumbled and messy and confusing. This makes it much simpler! thank you!

this is a wonderful idea, but i don’t eat that much, my problem is – is that i eat at night.. that is usually my one big meal for the day or 24 hours… its a bad habbit i just don’t know how to break.. THanks @tisonlyme143
