Easy@Home TENS Handheld Electronic Pulse Massager Unit {Review}
If you have ever had any orthopedic surgery or chiropractic treatments you are well aware of what this unit is all about. For those still clueless imagine your muscles tightening and releasing over and over again without you doing anything to make it happen. Exercise without the effort is what one of my crew calls it.
We have had several of these units over the years with our accident prone crew. Using the unit is simple; just place the sticky pads where you want to have the pulses of stimulation enter your body and crank up the power to a just barely tolerable level.
The basic unit comes with everything you need to use it. However, the directions are a bit lacking in details. Besides the unit itself, the kit contains batteries, leads, and 2 sets of 2 electrode patches.
Reading the setting and controls is easy. There are preset functions for certain areas such as the waist, shoulders, joint, hand, and feet. Also settings for massage, beat, and knead. I had to laugh when I saw that there were 10 levels of intensity. 10! Yeah…I am crying on about 6 so I would warn you to take it slow when you first start using it.
The electrode patches can be reused for a long time. Should you care to replace them, you can find the patches on Amazon. Make sure to keep them clean and dry to help extend the use. Storing them in the plastic bag will also help them to maintain their life.

I like the unit. It is great for working out stiffness from overuse of muscles. I also use it to help my calves relax at the end of the day. My calves and ankles swell during the day and this unit helps to massage them back to normal.
