Family Game Night
Now that school it back in session, we seem to be home more in the evenings than during the summer break. One night a week, we like to schedule an evening of games that everyone can enjoy.
This year we are including several new games by RoosterFin. If you are not familiar with their games, let me give you a little information on this company. Rooster Fin offers games in a large variety of areas. Family, Educational, Party, Card, Strategy, and Skills Building. They really do have something for everyone to enjoy.
One of our favorites has everyone laughing or groaning..depending on what number your little bot lands on.
Bouncing Bots – The game of wobbly widget warriors
This game has players competing to get the best score by bouncing their bots on the highest valued numbers on the target boards. It is set up for 1-4 players and the suggested age is 7 to adult but we found even the little ones could participate.
The focus is building your child’s Motor Skills and Hand-eye Coordination.
This game has players competing to bounce their dinosaurs and have them land inside a container. It is set up for 1-4 players and the suggested age is 8 to adult but our 5 year old has come close to beating the adults several times.
The focus is building your child’s Motor Skills and Hand-eye Coordination.
This is a game where you roll the dice and then do what the dice indicates. Your goal is to get the highest score. The first person to get three monkeys standing up gets to call the game. Then the scores are added up for each player and the one with the highest score wins.
It is set up for 1-6 players and the suggested age is 6 to adult. This game was a challenge for our younger ones but still a load of laughs.
The focus is building your child’s memory and teaching strategy.
RoosterFin offers a large variety of games for the family to enjoy together. Each of their games were created by teachers. They are easy to learn to play, and they encourage interaction with others while skill building.
These games would be great for your family game night or as a gift.
