An easy salsa recipe is key for when you have unexpected guests.
We love to use cukes in our salads. I’ll have to try this on my family.
I love a good recipe, especially since it gives me ideas on what to make for other things.

The cucumber salad recipe came at the perfect time – we just got 3 big cucumbers from our CSA. Now I know what to do with them. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the link-up. I followed the link to the Vegetarian California BLT and found a great way to shake up a classic sandwich, one that I’ve been missing since I don’t eat pork. Although there’s a good chance I’ll be making that sandwich soon, I thought it was funny that the “BLT” contained no bacon, no lettuce, and no tomato! LOL
