Do you have trouble turning off your brain so your body can go to sleep at night? I do! I can be chin diving at my desk but let me climb in the bed and close my eyes and my brain goes into over drive. 

I had heard about Melatonin and had tried it before without great results. Yes, it would make me sleepy but I felt “foggy” in the morning. Recently I was asked to give the lower 1 mg dose a spin.

I like it! It takes the edge off and allows my brain to chill so I can fall asleep. I don't take it every night and I wouldn't recommend that you do. But they are great to help for those nights.. and we all have them; where you can't stop running over all the events of the day or what is on the TODO list for tomorrow.

Another reason I would recommend purchasing the lower 1 mg dose is that you can always take another one if you feel the need. The next level of dosing available is the 3 mg (triple what you receive with the 1 mg). I found the 5 mg too strong for me to function the next day without more sleep and the 3 mg still left me feeling foggy for several hours.
