New Year New You with eMeals


New Year New You seems to be the mantra for 2014! What are your goals? For me, health issues are always on the list but this year I am going to focus on the basics. I need to tighten up on so many areas such as homemaking, cooking, spending/saving and of course being more active.

One of the many reasons I like eMeals.com is that they take the brain work out of meal planning. Their system is easy to use. Each week they send me a menu with a shopping list from a local store that I had requested at sign up.

Oh, and they use the items that the store has on sale! Woohoo!!  I print off coupons and take my list to the store. Shopping is done! In my opinion, eMeals is an awesome tool to help my family achieve our 2014 goals.


Slow Cooker Meal Plans

Have special diet concerns? Check out their website; they have menu plans for dozens of special considerations.

My favorite is the Classic/Basic Plan but I also enjoy the Slow Cooker Meal Plans as they save even more money with just a little bit of planning.

    I love emeals and joined for 3 months last year and love it! I love that I can change meal plans and it makes shopping and cooking so much easier!

    Thank you for sharing this. I have a chronic pain and auto immune disorder and really need to eat healthier and get in better shape. My daughter is 15 and has lost 70 pounds since last February by using the Lose It app. She is now a vegetarian and only drinks water instead of soft drinks. So proud of her, just wish I had started when she did! Best of luck to you this year on your saving and health goals! 🙂
