We are finishing up our school shopping!!
We are shopping for my grandsons and our daughter for back to school. We’ve got some clothes shopping still to do, along with sneakers of course. But the backpacks and school supplies are for the most part all done!
I like the purple case the most, since that is my daughter’s favorite color.
My daughter will be starting her first day of school next week. This is new to us since she has never been. The only thing we have done is making sure she gets to bed on time.

We are done with back to school preparation. This weekend will be spending time with our whole family swimming, having a BBQ and bonfire as one of our end of summer last hurrahs.

My kids have both graduated college. So, for back to school, I try to help my sister by finding those oddball items on the supply list for my nephews that she can’t readily find. This year it was a purple 1 1/2″ binder.

8/13 – We have not done any real school preparation so far. We did get the closet cleaned out to make room for new clothes and are getting back on a proper sleep schedule, though.
I’ve been following the back to school sales since early July. I keep the list in my car and each week get whatever is the ‘clearance’, penny or 50c deal at Office Depot. I was able to completely finish my daughter’s 4th grade list this year for less than $13!
I’d love the pink one, but really I’d probably give this to my mom so for her the dark blue one!

Back to school preparations will definitely be done this weekend. Not too much to do… there’s a Stapes within walking distance, so that’s easy enough. School starts September 9th here.

My kids aren’t in school anymore (both college grads, woo!) but we bought school supplies anyway – our church does a school supply drive for the kids in the neighborhood.

We are slowly but surely getting the kids ready to go back to school. So far, I have bought most of the kids school supplies. I still need to get them a few things and a couple of new outfits though.

Dd goes back to school on Monday so we are done shopping! We had to get her new uniform shirts and a couple of bottoms (skirts, shorts, pants, capris). School supplies have been bought and most already dropped off in her classroom when we went to the meet the teacher night!

There haven’t been many back to school preperations as yet – just some new clothers. School always starts after Labor Day here, so we have some time. This year, school begins on September 9th. (But then, it doesn’t let out until the very end of June).

One thing on my agenda for tomorrow to prep for school is submit my curriculum order. I’ll be homeschooling my kindergartner along with 4th and 2nd this year and I’m so excited!
