Everyone that knows me knows that I always have a mug in my hand. I live on hot teas and coffee. Yeah, I know all about why I need to scale back on my coffee intake and I have to say that with this new tea I have been enjoying more tea than ever before!

Taking a fiber supplement each day is the easiest way for me to make sure that I am getting enough fiber.
