Pocket Hose Ultra
My crew always stops by the As Seen on TV display at the store and joke about most of the products…including this type of hose. So yes I took a good amount of teasing when I accepted the review offer on this product.
Typical garden hoses are a mess to deal with, they tangle, kink and are cumbersome to move around the yard in order to hook them up at another faucet. But the Pocket Hose Ultra solves all of those problems in a small, lightweight package that is still durable enough to stand up to heavy usage. The accordion design expands to full size when hooked up and water is running through it.
When you unhook and drain the water, the whole hose shrinks back to the original size that will fit in the palm of your hand. According to the product information, the improved Solar Stripe Technology means that it will resist UV rays from sunlight longer than other hoses and it is able to withstand up to 200 PSI of water pressure. I believe this means that this hose won't fade and split like the old fashioned ones. YAY!!
The unique tip connectors are 3x stronger than older hoses and connect easily to spouts or other hoses with a tight, leak free seal. I am looking forward to putting an end to the tangled mess of hoses in our side yard with the Pocket Hose Ultra.
