Silhouette Cameo {Review}

I consider myself fairly crafty. Or so I thought. Since receiving the Silhouette Cameo I have been having dreams of all the neat projects the girls and I can make with this baby!

Now let me tell you about this badboy:

The Silhouette CAMEO® is an electronic cutting tool for personal use. Like a home printer, it plugs into your PC or MAC® with a simple USB cable. However, instead of printing, the CAMEO uses a small blade to cut your designs into a wide array of materials.

So that means you can cut fabric, heat transfer materials, magnet paper, printable foil, sticker paper, double-sided adhesive sheets, and much more. My favorite is the cutting fabric setting. I love to sew but I am not overly fond of cutting out the little pieces. With this little gem I can really use my imagination. My girls are loving being able to create labels, custom cards, decorated card stock that they fold into boxes.

I think the list will continue to grow as we learn to use all the options on the machine. Our plan is to post projects that we make once a month so that you will be able to see all of the things that can be done.
