Simple But Delicious Oven Broiled Fish
I love to cook. I love to try new spices and flavor profiles. This set of spices from FreshJax is full flavored and offers a wide variety of flavor profiles. My favorite is the Citrus Pepper on broiled fish.
Simply turn on broiler on low or set oven to 400 degrees. Place fish on a foil or parchment lined baking tray and sprinkle the seasoning on both sides. Top with a pat of butter and bake for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Super simple and packed with flavor!
Each flavor comes in a glass jar with a screw down lid for fresh storage. They are so full flavored that it only takes a little bit of seasoning to get the desired results. These jars should last for several months at least.
The “grill master” was one of my favorites. The “smokey southwest” had a little heat but a lot of flavor. The “citrus pepper” is similar to the lemon pepper with a pop of heat. The “bay” reminded me of a combination of seafood seasoning and lemon pepper. Although too hot for me, the “habanero” was enjoyed by my guys that love hot and spicy flavors.

I like this recipe! I make fish, but only for myself. I usually bake it, but the way I prepare it varies slightly from this. I use lemon garlic seasoning. This sounds wonderful as well and I’ll have to look into this flavor of seasoning. Thanks!
