Speekee® Spanish for Kids
With all the technology today, the world seems so much smaller. The need for our children to speak multiple languages has never been greater. In the past, the US schooling system has required two years of high school foreign language studies and most of us adults now only remember the basic or slang phrases. There has to be an easier way to expose our children to other languages.
Recently we were invited to try a Spanish curriculum by Speekee®. Their Spanish for Kids program is great for both traditional and homeschooling families. The basic program or FastTrack is geared for children aged 4 – 7 or in primary grades. The next level is called Accelerate and it starts for children in about 3rd grade. I would suggest going through the FastTrack program with your 3rd or 4th grades to give them a quick foundation.
Children are engaged by videos featuring real Spanish children in real Spanish locations. Your child develops listening, speaking, reading and writing skills using appropriate Spanish language and grammar.
