Spicy Chicken Dip
This dish is one of those Slow Cooker Wonders… just toss it all in the slow cooker and forget about it! I usually toss everything in the slow cooker a couple of hours before time to eat and let it all meld together. My crew goes nuts over this with a bowl of chips! It also makes a great bake and take dish for a fellowship meal.
Spicy Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
1 package 8 ounces – Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 cup Buffalo Wing or Hot Sauce
1/2 cup Bleu cheese or ranch dressing
1/2 cup water
2 cups Chicken – cooked, diced or shredded
Optional: Diced bell peppers or chilies
Directions:
Combine everything into your slow cooker, give it a toss to mix
Cook on high for about an hour or until hot and bubbly – stir occasionally and just before serving
Keep on low/warm until ready to eat – you may have to add a little water if it starts to dry out
Pair this with a bag of crackers or chips and you will have one delicious party or side dish!
Note:
Canned chicken works great in this dish, just drain it well or use juices to replace added water
My family likes to pump up the heat with up to 3/4 a cup of Buffalo or Hot Sauce
