    I usually use sprinkles and chocolate shavings as well as different icing techniques. I usually do cookies, cupcakes and that sort of thing.. been wanting to get more into cake decorating, so this would be helpful!

    I’m not the best at decorating cakes but I did make some pretty amazing cookie monster cupcakes a couple of years ago. I like to make sure I have all of the equipment and it becomes quite easy.

    My favorite thing about the book is that the authors don’t make you feel like you have to be an expert baker to make a cake that looks fabulous!

    I like making cakes that are unique to what my kiddos love. I’ve made a tractor for my son and an elephant for my daughter. They’re a lot of work, but seeing their happy faces is totally worth it!

    I usually use buttercream or cream cheese frosting, since they go with almost any cake. Then I add store-bought candies or decorations

    My favorite way to decorate a cake is with a simple frosting and my 1M tip. I will make rosettes, swirls or stars to decorate and use different colored frosting or sprinkles to make it special.

    I’d love to be able to decorate a cake as elaborately as some bakers can, but I usually just add store-bought items! These look pretty neat!

    I’d love to learn to decorate like the experts, making all sorts of things out of fondant & sugar. I think the best I can do is frosting & candies!

    I think decorating a cake with my niece & nephews is fun. Letting them decide how to put on the sprinkles and other things is a nice way to keep them occupied.

    I would really love to learn how to make cakes that are shaped like some character & use fondant to ice them instead of frosting. I think those cakes look great!

    I would love to be able to decorate a cake like these photos show! I’m usually pretty happy if I can form a flower correctly! I love using sprinkles, candies, etc., on cakes to make my niece & nephews happy.

    I love cream cheese icing, especially on carrot cake. I usually keep decorating pretty simple: just some writing if it’s needed and the simple to make lines/dots/flowers. My skill level is not that great, lol.
