This portion touched my heart…
Life is about learning and loving…
Regret is a painful, self-condemning place…
We need to move on to a more gentle position of acceptance, kindness, and love
We have all had someone pass away or a friendship end where we found ourselves wanting to be able to visit just one more time. What would you say if you had one more time? The lesson is to say it now, be there now, never let things go that need to be cleared up.
Most importantly, live in the moment! Then you will have nothing to regret.
