Super Simple Chicken Noodle Soup

Super Simple Chicken Noodle Soup

Nothing warms me more than a hot bowl of soup. Chicken Noodle seems to be a favorite of everyone and it doesn’t get any easier than this recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cooked chicken from store – shredded
1 bag wide egg noodles
2 32 oz Chicken stock
5 carrots (or handful of baby ones) – diced
5 celery stalks – diced

Directions:

Boil noodles for 8 minutes in chicken stock with carrots. Add 4 cups water, celery and chicken. Salt and pepper to taste and let simmer another 5 minutes before serving up with a stack of crackers or bread to dip.
