Brrrrr! It's been cold and wet this winter in Kentucky!
And where else but in the handicap parking spots with ramps should the snow plows stack up the debris?????
This always amazes and angers me!

That’s terrible putting it in the accessible parking spots! Grrrr!

I hear ya. And that’s the handicap parking? Outrageous!
That always angered me about the apt. complex where I used to live. There were plenty of spaces to stack the snow, but it always seemed to end up in the handicap stalls.
Ours initially plowed the snow/debris at the entrance/exit of the community?!

And yes – I would get really angry too seeing all that debris in the handicap spots!

whenever i see pictures of snow i always thought “winter wonderland’ although my friends who has lived with it says otherwise.
