Personalized Biorhythms Chart Review

 Review of Personalized Biorhythms Chart

What is a Biorhythm Chart? The word Biorhythm is composed of two Greek terms: “bios” and “rhythmos” which mean “life” and a constant changing “rhythm”.

Biorhythms have been monitored and tracked since Ancient China more than 3000 years ago. The popular book titled, “Book of Changes” was written on the biorhythms and claims to predict the future and gives advice for any occasion.

According to history, studies of biorhythms were first made popular in Berlin during the 19th century. They determined that humans have a “master internal clock” that regulates physical condition, emotions and intellectual cycles.

Based on this cycle, a graphic picture can be made to show someone where they are in their monthly cycle on any given day. Biorhythm charts using a spiral graphic to illustrate how people are influenced by physical, emotional, and intellectual cycles.

Some people reportedly feel that they can vastly improve the quality of their life by challenging their activities to fit the highs and lows of their cycles.

In a personal application, I would imagine you would want to schedule important meetings or events to fall during your intellectual highs and obviously avoid heavy conversations with your spouse or significant other during your emotional lows.

Currently, most of the popular biorhythm models use three cycles: a 23-day physical cycle, a 28-day emotional cycle, and a 33-day intellectual cycle when creating the daily chart. Each of these three cycles will vary from peaks to valleys. The critical days are those where the graph crosses the zero line. These days are considered to place the person at greater risk or uncertainty and major decisions or events should be avoided.

I recently was offered the chance to receive a Personalized Biorhythms Chart from Casie at BecauseItriedIt.com.

The following is a thumbnail of my biorhythm chart. (click to enlarge)

I can honestly say that I have never had a biorhythm chart created for me before this opportunity arrived. I understand the web and flow of things in the world and that we are affected by all kinds of things happening around us.

So yes, my curiosity was peaked when I was asked to review my own Personalized Biorhythms Chart. I provided the basic information needed (I am not sure what I was expecting, but I was surprised at how little information was needed to prepare my chart), and received my chart within a couple of hours.

While I am not planning on making changes to my schedule or cancel vacation plans, I think it will be interesting to match up how I am feeling to what my chart says over the next two months! My plan is to not watch the chart so to speak, but maintain my daily journal with a little more detail so that I will have something to look back over two months from now. Look for a new posting on my two month match up!

Personalized Biorhythms Charts are offered by BecauseItriedIt.com for $2.00. However, with this review they are offering two of my readers the opportunity to win their own Personalized Biorhythms Chart! My giveaway will be posted soon. I do hope you will enter and possibly win your own chart.

Make sure to visit their site for other Personalized Gifts for Anyone, Anytime! They offer a wide variety of gifts.

You can follow them on Twitter  and Facebook .

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

    Wasn’t that popular in the 1980’s? I think it’s a bit silly.
