I didn’t prank this year…but then my sisters and I are always teasing and pranking each other almost everyday
my students pranked me pretty good and made a mess of our classroom. it was funny.
I haven’t been into Pranks since College.
Well. yes I do. I always try to finish up doing my income taxes by this day, the first of April. (But unfortunately it usually takes me a couple of extra days to get it all printed out and mailed.)
Not really I don’t usually prank on April Fools Day most people expect it. I have pulled a few good pranks in the past but don’t really do it anymore.

Daylight savings doesn’t really bother me. Well at least not the spring since it makes the day longer. But in the fall it does because it makes the day shorter.

I live in cold MN…so I have a sauna to get warm, special lights for full spectrum, take vitamin D3 and if all else fails I go to a sunny warm weather state for 2 weeks to rejuvinate.

Not much plans for the weekend. Family dinner and just relaxing.
I don’t normally get these types of holidays off…. pets get sick on holidays too! But on Sunday, the plan is just to relax and unwind and plan my garden for this summer.
Still a little stressed, lots to do. We’re taking down Christmas lights outdoors, and taking down the Christmas decor indoors and then boxing it all up and getting it all to fit in the crawlspace. Finishing up several care packages, picking our daughter up (45 minutes away) from her workplace and bringing a car to her because hers broke down, etc…lol
There is so much less stress! Nothing much going on this weekend just kind of hanging out with hubs and the kids, maybe going out to celebrate my birthday.

This year will be hard, normally I am filled with the Christmas spirit but I just moved to the Gulf Coast and all my family is either in IL. or Ct. so it will be just me and my furbaby this year as I don’t have the funds this year to travel. It will just make next years all the more special.
Christmas will be at home with just our family. Then we’ll have the whole family here for the weekend.

Christmas Day we usually stay home (me and Hubby)..Then in late afternoon we go to my sisters home with the whole family . Sisters, Brothers nieces nephews and our children and their Families..When we retired we moved 90 miles away to be closer to our Daughter and Grandchildren. So its a little bit of a drive to get to my Sisters now.. As long as we are able we will make the trip. We have always gotten together at Christmas and we don’t want it to end~ We have a wonderful time…
My house is the gathering place for the family on the holidays. We usually end up with a nice sized crowd. It’s always a fun and festive time!
We will be at home, I will be cooking for 30+ people, and we will spend time talking and having fun.

I am one of seven siblings so my family usually go to a big family dinner at my mom’s house. I always help cook the night before and on Christmas day and I help clean up when it’s done,not to mention I help buy the supplies so I’m a busy worker bee.

I have a pretty small family. We will be going my my brother’s house for dinner and then my in-laws for dessert. Unfortunately, they are both taking place at the same time!

My plan for the holidays are spending time at home with immediate family, then going to my Boyfrieds Mom’s house for dinner. We are just doing a small celebration this year. We will make up for it next year by having all of the family here.

This year’s Thanksgiving was pretty quiet as I shared it with my mom and dad instead of a whole household of people. I have never liked Black Friday shopping. It is just to crazy for me. I do most of my shopping online.
Cooked a big dinner for family, then went to Kohls for their Thanksgiving sale.
Spent time with family and enjoyed each others company and great food.

my mom and i had our thanksgiving dinner at red lobster yesterday and did some much needed shopping..we don’t have a big family, so we never really do anything for thanksgiving. i have never participated in black friday.. a lot of these deals, you can get throughout the year
I spend the day with my family, stuffing ourselves full…then laying around….
and although I am 33 years old…I have yet to venture out shopping on a black friday…I used to waitress…so I’ve worked many black fridays, unfortunately, but never shopped!
Well, my sister offered to cook Thanksgiving dinner and that was an offer I just could not refuse! Her and her daughter(my niece) are staying with us for a bit before they move to North Carolina.(we’re in NY) When they go, nearly all our Family will be living there. I will miss them terribly.
Black Friday? Never in a gazillion years! People around here become a stranger than usual. Cutting in traffic. All parking spaces are full at the local mall or they’re camping out by Best Buy, in snow, ice and 20F degrees, just to be first in line. I stay home where it’s nice and warm and use the computer to order a few gifts.

I Enjoy the holidays because i get to see all 5 of my grandchildren and 2 grown children ! I dont get to see the one grand daughter very often, or my son, as they live out of state so when they come to visit during the holidays it makes my whole year better!
I enjoy family time. For me holidays mean time spent with family. I get to see family members I wouldn’t normally get to see throughout the year. Everybody is so busy working and taking care of their families throughout the year, but during the holidays we seem to get more time off with friends and family. Thanks for the chance!

I enjoy my immediate family the most! Spending time with them, reading the Christmas story, finding new crafts/foods/treats to make with them, decorating with them, etc. Taking the focus off of the commercialism and focusing on Jesus! (I also love the lights!)
