Why sign up?
Nobody's voice is as powerful as yours. As a consumer, you are uniquely positioned to share your perspective with businesses, telling them what you expect in order for them to receive your money in a transaction. So, why not make money online by taking surveys that provide information to your favorite company?

I think this is a great program, for consumers and companies alike! I can answer simple questions like if I own a pet, have I ever used XYZ brand of soap (and what I thought of it), or if I had a preference of one type of bagel over another. In return, I earn rewards, which will be put towards cash via PayPal or gift certificates to my favorite merchants (Hello Amazon!). They take the answers I provide and send it back to the company that was collecting research on their customers. And that's it.

You aren't required to answer surveys you don't want to, and it doesn't cost you anything to sign up or continue to participate. Each survey averages about 10-15 minutes. You do fill out a short profile to sign up (name, email, etc) so they can have demographics to provide you with the companies you are most likely to interact with. Don't want to answer surveys? Simply close your account and you won't receive any further emails to participate.

For me, I love to give companies feedback, whether that's filling out those little survey cards in the store or sending their customer service team an email. And that's for positive and negative feedback. It's disappointing when they ignore my comments or brush it off as a “one time” fluke. However, I like the idea of my friends banding together with me, so we can let those same companies know what they need to do in order to continue to receive our money for purchases in the future.
