MeasuPro Instant Read Thermometer
In the last couple of months we have reviewed several thermometers. Of them, I think this one is on the top of the list for my crew. It is accurate, easy to use, and provides the temperature in seconds. Makes it easy to check the meat without allowing all the heat source to escape.
The device came with one CR2032 battery installed which was great. It was ready to use. My crew had to run around testing it on various things including ice water, hot water, body temperature (toes) and the fruit salad in the fridge! When my crew tests something.. they go all out! LOL
The temps are returned quickly, usually in less that 6 seconds. I like that it is waterproof and can be ran under water to wash. The display range is amazing (-52 to 572 degrees F); and the 10 minute auto shutdown feature will probably save us purchasing a several additional batteries over the next couple of years.
