    I’m so glad I found this post! I love all the recipes, but my favorite is the Turkey Gumbo. I love all things Cajun so this is my first choice. Thanks for sharing the recipes.

    I still have turkey in the freezer…but I am pulling it out and making Turkey Cobb Salad Wraps! With a flaxseed wrap, this is a very healthy and tasty dish.

    I always get our Thanksgiving ham from Honeybaked Ham. They are so delicious. I get one that’s bigger than we will use on purpose so that I can freeze the leftovers in 4-5 ham slice portions to make ham salad for sandwiches during the rest of the holiday season. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it!

    These all look so good! We bought biscuit dough and flattened each one, than filled it iwth turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and carrots, then wrapped each one up.. Baked in the oven and topped with heated gravy!

    All of the recipes sound good to me, but the Stuffed Butternut Squash. I have never liked any kind of squash! I would like to try this version of the Cream of Turkey & Wild Rice Soup – it is one of my favorite soups. THANKS for sharing these Thanksgiving leftovers!
