Cookie Pizza Using Chick-fil-A Cookies
Chick-fil-A cookies make a wonderful canvas for delicious appetizers such as these cookie pizzas. Who am I kidding; their cookies are awesome bites of heaven all by themselves!

Cookie Pizza
Ingredients:
6 pack Chick-fil-A Cookies
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar or Splenda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup assorted fresh fruits, in season
Directions:
Cream together softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on low until sugar is fully incorporated
Spread a nice thick layer of cheese mixture over each cookie, make sure you get all the way to the edges
Slice fruit and arrange on top of the cheese covered cookie
Let chill for several hours to set up
Cut into wedges with a large flat edged knife
