I wonder how much is actually for the holiday decorating or if people are like me and I use the sales to pick up my fall and winter decorations too. We don't do the ghosts and goblins but we do decorate for the fall season with things that I can leave up through the Thanksgiving holiday.

Always Check your tires. Make sure that you have an emergency kit in the car.
Having a bag of kitty litter and a shovel in the trunk. It’s for just in case you get stuck.
I check all the fluids, wiper blades, tire pressure, and then have my mechanic son check everything else.
We get really cold winters here; so my tip is to plug the car in on the cold nights – it helps to warm the engine, making it less likely to not start the next day!
I try to keep my tank full during winter – would hate to end up stranded somewhere w/an empty tank
We make sure to check our tires monthly in the winter to make sure there is enough air in them.
I make sure I have an ice scraper in the car – because winter is coming. I also keep some of those hand, body and feet warmer packets there as well. Probably should put a blanket as well. Hopefully I never need it!

My dad always had me keep cat litter in the car during winter.
Make sure you have at least a half tank of gas, just in case you end up in a situation where you become stuck somewhere because of the weather. That way you can run your engine and enjoy the car’s heater. Also carry a winter survival kit with you, including a blanket or sleeping bag, extra hats, gloves, mittens, etc. so you can stay warm, should you need them.
living up north, we always carry blankets, jumper cables, shovel and cat litter for traction in the trunk if we get stuck

I always keep my tires inflated to the proper pressure.
I always get an oil change before winter. It’s also a good idea to check the wiper blades and check the air pressure on the tires.
I make sure to put new windshield wipers on my car the first week of fall.

In the winter, I never let my gas go below 1/2 tank. My mom taught me this.
I buy tons of stuff on amazon and make sure to check your cabin air filter too if you havent!
The only thing that comes to mind when thinking of winter car care tips is to make sure your gas tank is always at least half full. Another tip that comes to mind is to have your car running with heat/defrost on while you scrape ice or clean snow off. That way the car is warming up while you are making it safe to drive and the heat from inside the car will help thaw the ice and snow.
My tip is to make sure your tires have good tread before the start of winter.
I get several blankets and flashlights to put in my car. Also we take a snow shovel just in case. We also take hand warmers also.
I live where it’s snows and it’s cold in the Winter. I carry a snow shovel and salt in my car in case I get stuck in the snow. I also have my car battery checked before it gets cold.
