It All Started When

It All Started WhenIt All Started When

Yep, it all started when I became a mother of more than one child. It wasn't a problem before the second, third, fourth or more child. It's not something that moms talked about in public..until now. Moms already know what I am about to admit to the world. I am a Mother! Nope.. that is not what I was going to say.

I was going to admit that since becoming the mother of multiple children I have to be careful when I laugh or sneeze too hard. A belly laugh or a full on sneeze will often result in me running to the bathroom. Welcome to the Mom's Club where membership is anonymous but we all know “that look”.

Once we were attending a comic concert and I laughed so hard I was actually afraid to get up out of my seat. I just knew I had laughed so much that my entire backside HAD to be soaked. As I sat there I was reminded of being a teen girl and having that “feeling” in class and being afraid to get up from my desk. So what did I do? I sent a text to my daughter and asked her to do a seat check when I stood up. A slight nod “yes” for all clear and “no” for let me get you my sweater was the agreed upon signal.

Well, thankfully my fear was worse than the leakage and I got the nod I was hoping for and we were able to continue our after concert activities with the rest of the group. From that time on, I have been careful to carry extra pads in my bag.

I was not aware that so many women were bothered by LBL (Light Bladder Leakage) until I started talking about it. In fact, In fact, 1 in 3 of us experience Light Bladder Leakage (LBL). And it happens to all kinds of women, for all kinds of reasons. Poise incontinence panty liners are one way to help you maintain your active lifestyle. Poise panty liners stay 3X drier than leading regular size feminine care liners where needed most because they are specifically designed for Light Bladder Leakage (LBL). The Absorb-Loc core quickly locks away wetness and protects against incontinence odor to help keep you fresh and dry.

Until recently, I was not aware that panty liners were not the same as POISE liners which are made specifically for LBL. Once I understood the difference, I made sure to look for them on my next trip to Sam’s Club. You are looking for Poise Very Light Absorbency Liner – $11.68 132 pads with this UPC: 34725. If you are a Sam’s Club you will save $4, check out the box below. This is a better price than any non-club retailers of the product!

My Poise Moment

After multiple children, I feel I can speak openly about (LBL) light bladder leakage and other joys of being a mom to many children. Dealing with LBL is just one of the wonderful changes that happen with childbirth that no one tells you about.

My Poise Moment

Stop worrying about that next sneeze or cough and start enjoying being silly with the children. Laugh, dance and make beautiful memories while you have them close to your heart.

If being a member of the mom's club has put the skids to activities and made you self concious of laughing or carrying on, make sure you visit Sam's Club and stock up on the Poise Very Light Absorbency Liners. Something as simple as the right panty liner can make all the difference.

I have had a problem since I was in my 20’s. I have had to wear liners every day! I did request a sample. Thank you for sharing.

I’m lucky, even after 6 kids I don;t have the leakage, although I do have issues if I wait too long to go because I’m busy online! lol

I haven’t tried these yet, but they look very discreet to carry in your purse just in case you need one.

Poise liners have been a lifesaver for me! If I’m going to a funny movie or a concert, where I know I’ll be jumping around a lot (hey, moms still do this, much to our teens’ dismay) I always wear my liner!
