Mixed Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Mixed Fruit Smoothie Recipe

I am slowly becoming a fan of smoothies. They certainly are easy to make and can be customized to fit each family member pretty quickly. This week we are playing around with lots of new smoothie creations and this Mixed Fruit Smoothie Recipe is ranking high on the favorite list.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Bolthouse Farm Green Goodness (you can also use fresh greens but this really makes it easy!)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup Yogurt (any flavor – I like the vanilla with honey)
1/2 cup frozen berries of choice (any type – I like the frozen mixed berries)
Optional: Splenda, honey or sweetener if desired

Directions:
Place all the items in your blender or smoothie machine and let it rip! It really doesn't get any easier. Enjoy!

That looks like a good smoothie. I think I will pick some blackberries and make one. 🙂
