Goodness, how I would have loved to have had their help while setting up my bluetooth sound bar… I didn’t think it’d be such a challenge, but I don’t know the Roku tv too well yet and I could not get the two to pair wirelessly.
I have never used the tech support before because my husband works in IT.

We have used Geek Squad a few times for mounting televisions and fixing our computer. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgable.
