I love to cook cookies at Xmas time for my Family & Friends. I even send a huge tray of cookies for my husband’s place of work. So I am on the look out for new cookies to bake, and these take the prize. Can hardly wait to see how they turn out! My favorite cookie to bake are the gingerbread men which my husband gets every year.

Although I know you can make them all year round, I consider peanut blossoms (peanut butter cookie with Hershey kiss on top) to be a holiday cookie! I love them…and I love making them. I usually send a bunch in with my husband to work, and everyone gobbles them right up! I put red & green sugar on them to make them more festive

Do you like to shape by hand or use molds/cutters? I have tried all sorts of cutters over the years but they never turn out right.. been thinking about a cookie press

It wouldn’t be the holidays if we didn’t have our special cookies– I try to make 2 different kinds during the week so it doesn’t feel like a overload of works for myself I freeze a dozen and set the rest out that way I have my cookie tray for church and a few for my elderly neighbors that love the holidays as much as we do– Thanks for sharing an another idea

I wonder if there’s a way to make them “whiter” looking…? Any ideas? I want to make some light blue ones and “whiter” ones if possible… or maybe I should just use some frosting… lol

We are big fans of snickerdoodles. I make lots of cookies during the season but that’s one that has to always be on the list.

They look and sound delicious! Like it has more flavoring than the regular sugar cookies my Mother & Mother in Law made years ago in Iowa. TFS.

These look so cute and I love that Stockpiling Moms uses a cookie press and parchment paper. I think these snowflake cookies would also be stunning with silver or gold decorations! Love!

My favorite cookie to eat is a bar-type cookie with a chocolate cake-like bottom, creme de menthe icing and a layer of chocolate on top. My favorite to make are peanut butter blossoms

My favorite thing to do at Christmas time is shop and drink eggnog. On Christmas day I love to watch my grandchildren open their presents.
