I’ve never been a big fan of peppermint, but these cupcakes sure do look festive for the holidays!

Whipped cream is about my favorite thing ever so I was drawn in thinking these were topped with whipped cream. The recipe says that it’s Swiss meringue buttercream, though, and I can’t say that sounds bad AT ALL either. 😉
Jan Hall says
The cupcakes look yummy and very pretty.
Rebecca Parsons says
I never thought Peppermint and Mocha went good together up until last year and wow it does. These look just delicious and so pretty.

I’m LDS (Mormon) so I won’t be doing mocha, but peppermint? Oh yes! I love it! In fact, I just had a lovely bowl of mint ice cream with little baby Junior Mints in it. It tasted a little like toothpaste so I put York Peppermint Patty chocolate syrup on top. Yup, I went that overboard, and it was delicious! So yeah, the cupcakes look great too! Maybe I’ll have the cupcakes with the ice cream on my upcoming birthday!
