I have Crohn’s disease and wasn’t able to eat fruit for over 10 years..the medication that I’m taking now is helping so much that last year I was finally able to eat some fruit..eating watermelon and blueberries again was amazing..thanks for the fruit recipes..will definitely be looking at them

OK, now back to your article. First I really liked the title of FRUIT RECIPES. When you see “Recipes” it is almost stir fry, bake, assemble complicated things often not healthy even. But this (though it has many rich dessert like things too), has lots of healthy and just lovely looking things Thanks for posting this. π

Oh so many recipes there.I do love frozen as well as fresh fruit.By the way you do not have to blanch fruit to freeze it.Rinse,let it air dry,place it into a bag,seal it as tight as possible,and freeze!Turns out like fresh but keeps!
