One of my favorite places to relax is outside on my porch. I like to start each day out there with my coffee and bible time. It’s so peaceful, comfortable and quiet. I have had a little bit of trouble keeping my chair protected against the weather and have even had to bring it inside a few times when I didn’t think the cover I was using would hold up to bad weather. Let me tell you, that’s not something you want to do every time the weather gets bad. So, when I was offered the chance to try the Astor Custom Fit Outdoor Armchair Cover, I was super stoked!

 

The Astor Custom Fit Outdoor Armchair Cover is designed to protect your outdoor chair from rain, snow, wind, mold, ice and sun all year round. It has an outer layer that sheds moisture and won’t crack in cold temperatures, and a PVC layer that stops water from getting to your chair. The cover has an elastic cord with a toggle stop in the hem. You put it on your chair and tighten the toggle under the bottom edges. Then you wrap the corner straps around the legs of the chair and an easy to click buckle secures the cover in place.The features are made to protect your chair completely, even from water that splashes up from the ground. It’s made to fit lounge and spring chairs up to 38″W x 33.5″D x 31″H.

I was really impressed when I first received the Astor Custom Fit Outdoor Armchair Cover. It is really well made, with strong materials and seams. It was very easy to slip on and secure in place. So far so good. I waited until a few days passed and we got some heavy rain and wind. When it stopped I went to check on my chair. I removed the cover, which was still in place even after the strong gusts of wind we had. I checked everywhere, including under my chair and I couldn’t even find one little wet spot. It’s been through all types of weather now and it still looks perfect and so does my favorite chair.

I really love the Astor Custom Fit Outdoor Armchair Cover because it is strong, easy to put on and take off and it really does a great job. I don’t have to worry about my cover blowing off in the wind or letting water seep in causing mold to grow. Now I know that no matter how stormy the weather is, when the storm passes, my chair will be waiting for me, always safe and dry.
