I loved that each lesson was simple. I don’t mean that in a bad way, but from the standpoint that I knew I could complete the lesson without having to spend an hour or more. Each day or lesson is kept short and sweet, usually with a reading of a few verses and completing a few questions or activities. For example, you might read a few verses and have to make a chart or answer a few questions.

Even better? Lessons or suggestions for your children and family are included! So not only do you get the benefit of your daily lesson but you can carry it to your loved ones as well. I thought this was a wonderful way to include my family in what I’m learning, and it also helps with their understanding of the bible as well.

In the back of the book are also a supplies list and suggestions how to find the time for this bible study. Nothing over the top, just things such as colored pencils and paper; or how to find those 5-10 minutes, even if it means you keep your book in the bathroom or in your purse to study on a break at work.
