Bob Evans Broasted Chicken {Review}

“I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Bob Evans. I received gift cards to facilitate my dining experience and to thank me for participating.”

Bob Evans Broasted Chicken {Review}

Have you tried the new Broasted Chicken from Bob Evans? Let me just say that…

Even if you are not a fan of fried chicken, this dish is worth the trip.

Bob Evans Broasted Chicken is marinated and hand-coated in a blend of special spices. It’s pressure fried it until it’s the perfect combination of crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Sounds great doesn’t it? To make the meal even better, it is priced at only $9.99 and includes a starter of soup or salad, your entree, a delicious dessert and your choice of endless bread. Oh yeah! Where so I sign up?

We recently visited our local Bob Evans so we could give this meal a try. I started my meal with a salad while my husband and daughter went for different soups. All were wonderful but my salad was huge!

Bob Evans Broasted Chicken {Review}

For the entree, I asked for all white meat and received two breasts and a monstrous wing. It came with mashed potatoes, gravy, a medley of steamed vegetables and some of the best banana bread I have ever eaten. Oh, and let’s not forget the hot fudge sundae that was brought out for dessert…was yeah, really good too!

The chicken was perfect. I am not usually a fan of fried chicken. However, I enjoyed the Broasted Chicken so much that I have gone back twice with other friends in the last week!

So if you live anywhere near a Bob Evans, you really should make it a point to visit and try their new Broasted Chicken. I understand that this is not in all locations right now, but you can find the closest location on the website.

And if you are too busy to dine inside, they offer an awesome menu for pickup. Most of the locations even have special parking to make picking up your order even easier. Just visit Bob Evans Online Ordering for their carry out options. This is my first call when I need to take a meal to a friend or when running too late to get dinner on the table. I can grab a meal for 4 for less than $20!

Because this is such a special new meal for Bob Evans, we are offering a $20 gift card to one of our readers. Make sure you enter below on the rafflecopter. Winners are limited to the continental United States and must be 18 years of age or older. We will announce the winner on May 4th so make sure you watch your email for notification.

Good luck on your entries!

    Sounds delicious! I can just imagine how juicy this chicken must taste. For the price that include even dessert it would be hard not to want to go there everyday!

    I’d love to try it, if there were one in Colorado, which there isn’t.

    The last time I ate at Bob Evans was for breakfast with my husband, son and YOU!

    We were catching a bite to eat after a doctor’s appointment and I think the 3 adults had the same breakfast but with different choices LOL

    I’m not a fan of friend chicken, but I trust when you say I’d like it, that I would. Time to hit up Bob Evans, maybe for lunch?

    The last time I went to Bob Evans was nearly a year ago – The kids and I met my parents there for breakfast. We have one really close to the house, I’m not really sure why we don’t eat there more often. We may have to go check this out – my oldest LOVES fried chicken, but I am not a big fan of frying stuff up in the house. Thanks for sharing!

    I don’t have a Bob Evans restaurant in my state, but I’ve had their food from the grocery store. I’m going to forward this on to my sister in law as she has one in her neighborhood.

    We love Bob Evans in general, but sadly don’t have one nearby. I’m a huge fried chicken fan so bet I would love this!
