Let me jump in here with the following; This place is awesome! Now that we are on the same page, let me tell you a little about the Bonefish Grill. Disclosure: I received a gift card as part of an advertorial.

I recently had the opportunity to dine with them. I loved it! I can’t wait to go back with the hubster.

Their mission statement includes the following and I believe they meet and exceed this standard:

Fueled by their mutual passion for fish and adventure, our founders set out to create a unique dining experience- one that would take the mystery out of fish for people who didn’t eat it very often, and yet provide further mystery for the truly adventurous.

 

Oh the choices will make your head spin! I started off with the Saucy Shrimp which includes shrimp and scallops in a Lime Tomato Garlic sauce with Kalamata olives and Feta cheese. Note to self: This appetizer is large enough to share or to be served as an entrée.

My salad was out of this world! I could live off this salad and eat it everyday..without complaint! My dinner would not have been complete without it.

Oh and don’t forget the bread! Warm, lighty crispy and just too awesome to not dip in the spiced oil or right into my appetizer!

By the time my main course arrived, I was feeling the effects of the appetizer and salad. This did not slow me down much as I couldn’t wait to try the Steamed Icelandic Cod. Oh my goodness! It was the best fish I have ever eaten in my life. The fish was steamed and served with a citrus Thai Sauce and steamed cherry tomatoes, with a bowl of Jasmine rice. Yum!!

As if you had to ask…no I did not have any room left for dessert. Not that I didn’t check out the menu and make a mental note of what to plan on for my next visit.

And just to tempt you with other choices, check out their Bang Bang Shrimp and the Ahi Tuna Sashimi!
