Probably like most bloggers and moms, I love to take pictures. Whether it’s of my family, a craft or project, or just something fun, I have pictures that fill up whole computers! But the selfie is relatively new to me, so I’m checking out the BoxWave SelfiePod Selfie Stick!

When I first started experimenting with the whole selfie picture idea, they came out horribly. Whether I was looking in the wrong place, or I cropped out the side of my face or couldn’t fit everyone in the shot with me, they never turned out like the neat ones I was seeing online!

Then I got to try out the BoxWave SelfiePod Selfie Stick and suddenly taking awesome selfies was a snap! You clip in your cell phone or camera, set the timer, extend the adjustable telescoping arm and smile! No fancy clamps or specific cameras, it works with Samsung Galaxy models, iPhones, Notes, Coolpics and more. 

I really liked that I had anywhere from 7-41 inches of the adjustable arm to use to find the best shot. The flexibility really lets me control whether I get a lot of background, more faces, or find that happy medium between the two.

Now, of course, my teenagers take it to use with their friends on their adventures to the mall, theme parks and just hanging out. And it is light weight and easily fits into your purse or backpack to take with you wherever you go.
