If you love beef and seafood, you should really visit the Certified Steak and Seafood Company. I was not familiar with them until I was asked to test and review several products.

We received a ribeye steak, a sirloin strip steak and a piece of salmon. Each product was sealed in an air vacuumed package.

The ribeye steak seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic before grilling at 400 for seven minutes each side. It was so tender that you could cut it with a fork!

The sirloin steak was seasoned with a little salt, pepper and a cajun rub before being pan fried on medium high heat for 6 minutes per side. Sirloins tend to be a heartier cut but this one was tender and flavorful.

We broiled the salmon in the oven on 400 for right at 10 minutes with just a little salt and butter. The edges were brown and crispy while the main portion was fork flake tender. This is our favorite way to cook salmon.

I have to say that we enjoyed all three products but if only one could be ordered again we would opt for the salmon. It was absolutely delicious!
