Char-Broil Grill Brush {Review}
I know it’s only February, but we have had our grill fired up three times in the last week. You should have seen me out back in the snow trying to grill steaks and corn.
It was not only freezing, but I learned that when my brother was here last month…from Florida…with coolers and coolers of oysters, clams, shrimp and salmon steaks that the grill did not get properly cleaned.. Yeah.. Whew does NOT begin to describe the stench as the grill started to heat up and burn off the stuff left behind.
But no worries, I remembered that Char-Broil had sent a Premium Nylon Brush for me to review here on Simply Sherryl.
Well let me tell you that I really like this brush. I like the longer handle, especially with the shaped grip. The angled handle allows for a good amount of pressure when needed without bending.
According to the product information, the Premium Nylon Brush has advanced abrasive-infused bristles which are angled to help clean between grates easily. It also has a multi-blade scraper and removal brush head that can be replaced without having to purchase a complete brush set. The brush handle is a little longer than 15 inches and the brush scrubbing area is about 3×5 inches.
It’s a nice size grill brush that holds up to intense use.
This brush is meant to be used with the burn off method. Once the food has been removed from the grill, close the lid and turn up the heat for about 15 minutes to allow all the remaining food and debris to be burned away. Turn off the heat and allow the grill to cool completely before using this brush to scrub away anything that might be remaining on and in between your grates.
I am really pleased with our brush and am looking forward to many seasons of use. Purchase yours today at Char-Broil so you are ready for grilling season!
