Chicken Cordon Bleu Crescent Roll Ups

Chicken Cordon Bleu Crescent Roll Ups

Chicken Cordon Bleu Crescent Roll Ups

Looking for a super easy snack that can be whipped up in a hurry? Our Chicken Cordon Bleu Crescent Roll Ups are fast, easy and oh so delicious! I like to spread horseradish on a couple before rolling up but the kids like to dip them in mustard. These rolls ups are so forgiving…just add what you want for the perfect finger food, snack time or party appetizer. Honestly, you can't mess them up.

Ingredients:
1 can of 8 crescent rolls
8 slices of deli chicken breast
8 slices of lean deli ham
8 slices of Swiss cheese

Chicken Cordon Bleu Crescent Roll Ups

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
Open crescent roll tube and unroll each piece on a parchment or foil lined baking pan (lightly spray to make working easier)
Place one slice of chicken, ham and cheese on each triangle
Starting at the widest end, start rolling up each crescent roll ending with the narrow tip
Bake for 14-17 minutes at 375 degrees or until nice and golden brown
Gently remove from pan and plate – the insides of these badboys are hot so be careful!

Chicken Cordon Bleu Crescent Roll Ups

These make great finger food treats and are great served warm or at room temperature. When transporting or setting up for a party, we like to cut them into 2 or 3 pieces and stick with fancy toothpicks.

Serve with Dijon Mustard, Ranch or a Horseradish Dip.

Note: Just go ahead and double the recipe..the first batch will be gone before they cool off enough to pick up! That is how good they are!

When I was really young, my family would sometimes have Chicken Cordon Bleu for dinner. I remember that we bought something frozen, from Sam’s Club. I’d forgotten all about that! …Thank you for this recipe– I’ve already saved it for later. 🙂

I tried this dish once. That was enough. I’m very sensitive to fats and bread. I’m not a fan of putting a hunk of butter in a lean boneless, skinless chicken breast.
