Coco Joy Organic Coconut Water {Review}
I have always liked coconut flakes but have never cared for bottled coconut water. Guess what? Coco Joy has changed my mind about enjoying this unique beverage.
Coco Joy is naturally flavored coconut water made purely from green coconuts and contains NO added sugar and NO preservatives.
Not only does this beverage have a light flavor, it fits in with my goals of improving my health by making better choices in food consumption.
Coco Joy waters contain only 30 calories per can. I appreciate that it is made from 100% green coconuts and have no added sugars, no preservatives, concentrates, gluten, lactose, and dairy free.
The taste is unique. It reminds me of summer! I would call it “Refreshing” if that was a flavor. According to the packaging, coconut water contains natural electrolytes, antioxidants, potassium, calcium and magnesium which make it a wonderful post workout beverage too.
I have been using this water to make ice cubes. As the cubes melt, there is just enough coconut water to add a freshness to other beverages like iced tea and fruit punch. We also use our ice cubes in our morning smoothies.
Since receiving this product for review, I have compared the labeling with other brands in our local store. The price of Coco Joy is a littler higher than other brands but so worth the couple of pennies a serving. Knowing that this is a naturally flavored coconut water made purely from green coconuts and contains NO added sugar and NO preservatives sets it far above the other brands I have used.
