doTERRA DigestZen Essential Oil Review

Nothing breaks my heart more than when one of the little ones is sick. Tummy troubles can be especially tough because there is usually nothing you can really do to help. Or so I thought…  

Recently I was introduced to a new, natural way to relieve tummy troubles. DigestZen is an essential oil blend made by doTERRA and contains the following: ginger, peppermint, tarragon, fennel, caraway, coriander, and anise.

Personally, I think the scent of DigestZen is pleasant. The peppermint, anise, and fennel scents are the ones that stand out to me. The oil can be taken internally or applied topically. I will admit that I didn’t find the flavor very pleasant but could learn to tolerate it based on the almost immediate results. My little ones prefer that I apply it topically, which seems to be just as effective.

When the first complaint of tummy troubles show up, I mix a few drops of DigestZen with a little olive oil and apply it to the unhappy tummy. If one of the older kids or myself are having issues, we will apply it directly to our tummy or drink it mixed in a little water. Once applied or consumed, tummy issues usually resolve rather quickly.

DigestZen™ works wonders on Abdominal Cramps, Bloating, Constipation, Diarrhea, Digestive Problems, Food Allergies, Food Poisoning, Heartburn, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Nausea,  and Salmonella.

Since trying this product for about a month, I would recommend that DigestZen be one of the staples in your first aid closet. Stop those tummy issues before they stop the entire family!
