e.l.f. Mattifying Blotting Papers
These innovative blotting papers are infused with translucent powder to help mattify skin and absorb oil without disturbing your makeup. The unique sponge applicator’s design makes touch-ups easy and helps leave skin looking refreshed and shine-free. The chic portable case is perfect for all your daily or on-the-go beauty adventures! Includes: 25 blotting papers, Applicator sponge with 8 adhesives, & Reusable Case with Mirror.
These are wonderful to keep in your bag, especially for after lunch or mid-afternoon face checks! I tend to get a little oily on my nose and cheeks in the middle of the afternoon; now, I can open this cute plastic case, pull out the soft black applicator and blot my face, and be on my way. There’s a light powder on the paper which helps absorb that pesky oil and leave my face looking soft and smooth. And if you are applying it over makeup, your concealer stays in place because you aren’t rubbing it off!
e.l.f. Kiss It Goodbye Lip Color Remover
This clear, oil-based formula conditions while gently removing long-lasting lip color. Lip stains and long-lasting lip colors have met their match! Infused with Safflower Oil, Jojoba Oil, and Aloe, this product helps to soothe, hydrate, and replenish lips while breaking down color.
I know that lip stains are all the rage, but they can be hard to remove! I know I know, that’s sort of the point, but sometimes I’m trying a few colors in a short time span and I need clean unstained lips to really see if I like a color or not! With the lip color remover, you dab a little on your finger and massage it into your lips. After about 30 seconds, wipe it off on a cotton pad. You can use a washcloth, but the lip stain will usually stain it too! And I found tissues and toilet paper leave behind those little fuzzy pieces.
Tip: If you’re having trouble getting really stubborn lip stain off, try a second application of the color remover and even add a lip exfoliate product to get the remaining color off your lips.
e.l.f. Illuminating Palette
This beautiful illuminating palette holds 4 gorgeous complementary shades to mix and match for a custom blended radiance that captures, diffuses, and softens the way light reflects on the skin. The soft-focus powders are great for highlighting around the eyes and on cheekbones to enhance the skin with a luminous effect. Perfect for all skin tones.
This palette tool gives me a 2-for-1 option. The colors are great for highlighting, contouring and even as base shades for eyeshadow. But, because the individual “squares” pop out, so you can add your own color pod to make your own personalized palette!
e.l.f. Precision Liquid Eyeliner
The long-lasting formula and pigment rich color glides on smoothly for defined and precise lines. The tapered brush design creates thin or bold lines for a custom look!
This is an outstanding brush to apply eyeliner, whether you want thin definition around your eyes or the big and bold cat eye look! I think it sets well once it’s dry and seems to stay in place for most of the day. I like that the brush is thin, so I can get several different “looks” out of the same product, based on the strokes I use for application.
e.l.f. Prism Eyeshadow
These ultra-silky and lustrous eyeshadows look like a powder but feel like a cream, allowing for a smooth and flawless application. Use to contour, line, and highlight for a radiant finish. The luminous, shimmery formula creates a gorgeous range of looks for both day and night.
I got the Sunset shades and love the variety of colors! This is a shimmery set, but I don’t think it’s too much personally. You can apply it dry straight from the box or apply with a damp brush for a more striking look. It has 6 colors in all, and the case also contains a mirror and applicator brush. The colors all blend together well, so you have a lot of options within the same product.
e.l.f. Moisturizing Lipstick
The velvety, satin texture glides on lips with vibrant color and luminous shine. Enriched with Shea and Vitamins A, C, & E to nourish and hydrate the lips. The rich, creamy formula seals in moisture for long-lasting wear and comfort.
I tried the Marsala Blush shade in this lipstick. It applies very smoothly, and I like that it has the extra vitamins and shea to help keep my lips soft, especially during the winter! They have a variety of colors to choose from, whether you want bright or a neutral shade. I apply a little colored gloss to play with the color result personally.
I love that e.l.f. Cosmetics offer not only a lot of products and choices, but they are all affordable as well. It’s very helpful when you find yourself purchasing makeup often, whether you’re keeping up with the trends or like having a bunch of options for yourself! But it won’t break the bank either to add to your stockpile, especially when you find the perfect shade of something.
You can see all of their awesome products, starting for as little as a $1, by going to the e.l.f. Cosmetics website, and by following them on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube for the latest news, sales and product launches!
