Enjoy Spa Like Treatments at Home

Have you ever been treated to light therapy at the spa? Several of my crew have used light therapy over the years for things like acne, birthmarks and scars with nice results. Recently I was asked to test a home use light therapy system. Let me share our thoughts on it.

There are 4 different lights included in the kit. Note.. Make sure you use the protective eye wear that is included. According to the directions and packaging, exposure to the light can be harmful to your eyes.

I have been using the green light on my “age spots” on my arm. I was a little worried about using it on my face until I tried it in other places. While my spots are not gone, I do think they are perhaps lighter in places. I will continue to use the product and see how my arms look in another month. It doesn’t take long to use the light but again make sure you use the protective eye wear.

The green light calms and balances the skin tone, this can help breakdown and prevent uneven melanin (pigment) production. An excellent treatment that leaves the skin even and bright.

If you are considering using light therapy, this product would be one to consider. Being able to use the therapy at home, and not have to worry about making and keeping appointments is great. According to the packaging, light therapy can be helpful on problem acne and breakouts. It is also reported to be helpful with age spots and fine lines. I would suggest doing a little research on your own on the topic before making any decision.
