I’ll be honest, for this water bottle to work for me, it had to be spill proof. I loaded this baby up with ice water and fruit and turned it upside down, shook it, tossed it from hand to hand. It stayed sealed thankfully! It also fit my cup holders in the van, so another huge plus!

I prefer to use fresh fruit and veggies, but frozen fruits also work great; plus they double as “ice” to keep my water cold. And since the basket also has a top grid, you don’t get chunks of fruit while you’re drinking.
