I am becoming more of a fan of coconut oil every day. This is the first time I have used liquid form but find that I am enjoying it.

Coconut oil has long been used all over the world for its many therapeutic and other benefits to the skin. I have sensitive skin and have to be really careful when using essential oils. I have been burned more than once by applying to directly to my skin.
