Garcinia Cambogia Supplements
I had heard a good deal about this product before trying it. According to the information it is a Natural Fat Blocker and an Appetite Suppressant, both of which would be helpful in my weight loss journey. Also having my serotonin levels increased would help with the cravings that are my down fall.
I haven’t been on this product long enough to give a thumbs up or down. I can say that I haven’t noticed being nervous or hyped up while using it. I would like to give this product a couple of months before I recommend it to others.
How it works:
It helps to block fat, and it suppresses your appetite. HCA blocks fat by inhibiting a key enzyme that your body needs to make fat from carbohydrates: Citrate lyase. Usually carbohydrates or sugars that are not used immediately or stored in other forms are converted into fats. When HCA inhibits citrate lyase, the fat-making process is halted and the production of LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglycerides decrease. HCA also suppresses appetite by increasing serotonin levels. Having low levels of serotonin may make you feel depressed or anxious; it drives many people into emotional or reactive eating. By increasing serotonin levels, HCA improves mood and suppresses the drive to react to stressful situations with food. As you eat less, your body senses this and it releases stored fat.
Sounds like just what I need to help me with my cravings and thoughtless snacking. I do have to admit that I am impressed with all the labels for being Gluten and GMO Free, Kosher, and 100% natural. If you struggle with the snack attacks, give this product a look.

I have tried Garcinia Cambogia and it does work to suppress my appetite. I’ll take it and be hungry, hungry .. then I just stop thinking about it and I’m no longer hungry 🙂
It doesn’t work for everyone, so .. folks just have to try it out.
