Unfortunately for me, I do not have a favorite slow cooker recipe, YET, because, despite the fact I am over 50, I have NEVER had a slow cooker in my adult life! However, I have been REALLY wanting one for over a year now and whatever my favorite recipe turns out to be, it will be a low carb/ keto one.
I love to make a roast with all the veggies in it in my crock pot. Its so easy and I love dinner being ready when I get home!

Baked beans made in the crockpot are really delicious. They taste like they’ve been absorbing those flavors for hours…which they have.
My favorite slow cooker recipe is macaroni and cheese, but it has to be made with Campbell’s cheddar cheese soup to keep it creamy!
Chili is a family favorite.
I like making my own goulash , I usually have all sorts of left over vegetables, often I add chicken broth, chopped up chicken or turkey and even hot dogs, water, onions and celery, This time of year is really great to put this meal on, and it feeds many, add some biscuits and butter, yum!
